We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Engineer who can take ownership of our data architecture and elevate the organization’s analytical capability. This role exists to strengthen the reliability, scalability, and strategic value of our data systems while reducing manual processes and increasing clarity in decision-making. We need a technical leader who designs durable systems, anticipates complexity, and builds infrastructure that supports organizational growth. The right candidate will raise standards, improve structure, and ensure data is a strategic asset rather than a reactive function 

As our platforms continue to expand in capability, scale, and integration complexity, there is a growing need for engineers who can operate beyond task execution and take ownership of delivering complete, well-designed solutions. This role is intended to bridge the gap between implementation-focused development and higher-level system design by bringing strong technical judgment, accountability, and problem-solving to core engineering efforts. The Software Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring our systems remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with evolving business needs.  

As our platforms grow in complexity and scale, we need dedicated ownership of software quality to ensure consistent testing, reliable releases, and strong regression coverage. This role will establish structured, repeatable testing practices across our applications, with an emphasis on thorough functional validation while introducing automation where it provides clear value. 

In addition, this role will build deep knowledge of platform workflows and behaviors, serving as a reliable resource for answering semi-technical questions and supporting internal teams and customers.
